Imperia is the union of two towns, Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. It has a long history of food production and packaging, especially in the bottling of olive oil and the making of pasta. Our farm is located close to Porto Maurizio and is about a 15 minute walk to the sea. Our seas are very safe for swimming in and we encourage you to enjoy the many beaches in Imperia and surrounding areas. Another must see is the old city of Porto Maurizio and the Loggia of Santa Chiare overlooking the sea.
Porto Maurizio has a regular and affordable bus service for those wishing to visit the surrounding towns. Information on bus times and prices can be found on the Riviera Transport website. Places that should not be missed include Sanremo, Bussana Vechia (get off at Bussana) and Cervo. These places are also easily reachable by car.
